DID YOU KNOW you can change your password after login?

This action is recommended at least twice per year for security. Scroll to the bottom of your Membership Account page to view and edit your account information.

  1. enter your email address
  2. use the email address where you receive your ASTA member email
  3. enter your password
  4. if login is not accepted…
  5. double check email address and spelling
  6. double check password spelling, punctuation, and capitalizations
  7. if unsuccessful after two tries,
  8. click “Reset Password” link
  9. enter your email address
  10. check your email for instructions contact tech support
  11. do not attempt additional logins
  12. Contact tech support (next tab)
  13. Please, DO NOT create a new account!

Please consider installing a password manager such as Bitwarden (free), NordPass,  1-Password,  or some other reputable manager for security of your information and ease of use. Any of these also allow you to generate unique passwords and store them securely across your devices.
